AIM

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AIM ("we", "us") handles information when our team connects our own brand accounts to AIM. AIM is used only by the brand owners and their team.

YouTube API Services

AIM uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to AIM, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information we access

How we use it

We do not sell information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except service providers that run AIM for us (for example, hosting) and when required by law.

Storage and retention

Access tokens are stored on servers controlled by us and protected by access controls; they are never shown publicly. Public video information we obtain from the YouTube API is kept only as long as needed and refreshed or deleted within 30 days, as required by the YouTube API Services policies. Our own channel analytics are kept while the channel remains connected.

Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke AIM's access to a Google account at any time from Google Account permissions. When access is revoked or a channel is disconnected, we delete its stored tokens and associated data within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete data by emailing help@realdealmeter.com.

Cookies

These public pages do not use cookies or tracking. The private AIM tools use only the cookies needed to keep team members signed in.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the bottom shows the latest version.
